The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. The governing law is the law of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E. This Website does not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

ATELIER 11 MONACO may, at its sole discretion, revise or add new terms to these Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are granted private, limited, non-sublicensable access to our Site. All materials on the Site, including text, icons, graphics, logos, images, and designs, are the proprietary property of ATELIER 11 MONACO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, intellectual property rights, and unfair competition laws.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for your informational, non-commercial, and personal use only. INFORMATION ON OUR SITE
We do not warrant that information is always correct, accurate, or complete. Prices may be inaccurately displayed due to system errors. If an order is placed with an incorrect price, ATELIER 11 MONACO will, at its discretion, contact you for confirmation or cancel the order.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Carat total weight may vary up to 0.05 carats from the stated weight. A tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed for measurements. For jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight. ATELIER 11 MONACO retains full unrestricted rights to all jewelry designs.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products.
CERTIFICATES
Diamonds of 0.5 carats and above will be accompanied by an official grading report. This report must be included with any return. If the report is missing or damaged, a replacement fee of USD 250.00 will be charged.
YOUR ACCOUNT & ORDER
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Users under the age of 18 shall not register or transact on the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
ORDER APPROVAL AND CANCELLATION
An order confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt, not an acceptance. Orders are accepted only after processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, providing a full refund of amounts collected.
PAYMENTS
Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, or other indicated methods. If you make an unjustified charge-back, you will be liable to pay the amount of the charge-back, third-party expenses, an administration fee of USD 30.00, and recovery costs.
