These terms and conditions apply to the ATELIER 11 MONACO website located at https://www.atelier11.ae (the "Site"). Please read these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") carefully. The Site is operated under the license of ATELIER 11 MONACO FZCO. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. The governing law is the law of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.
This Website does not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
BY VISITING AND/OR USING THIS SITE IN ANY WAY, SUCH AS BROWSING PRODUCTS OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please read these Conditions carefully. If you do not wish to be bound by these Conditions, do not access or use the ATELIER 11 MONACO Site.
CHANGE OF TERMS
ATELIER 11 MONACO may, at its sole discretion, revise or add new terms to these Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such revisions and additions shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting the revised Conditions on the ATELIER 11 MONACO Site. You are responsible for reviewing the Site for any modifications to these Conditions. Your continued access or use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Site.

All materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, icons, graphics, logos, images, designs, pictures, selection, coordination, "look and feel", information, data, sound files, and other files and software, are the proprietary property of ATELIER 11 MONACO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, intellectual property rights, and unfair competition laws.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and to electronically copy and print portions of the Site materials for your informational, non-commercial, and personal use only. Such license is subject to these Conditions and does not include:

(b) the collection and use of any product listings, pictures, or descriptions for commercial purposes;
(c) the distribution, public performance, or public display of any Site materials;
(d) modifying or making any derivative uses of our Site and the Site materials;

(f) downloading (other than page caching) any portion of our Site, except as expressly permitted;

Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted herein and may violate applicable laws. This license is revocable at any time.

We are committed to providing current and accurate information. We do not, however, warrant that this information is always correct, accurate, or complete. In rare circumstances, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed due to system or typographical errors.
If an order is placed with an incorrect listed price, ATELIER 11 MONACO will, at its discretion, either contact you for confirmation before shipping or cancel the order and notify you. Information on the Site is not a binding contract. The sole remedy for a customer acting on incorrect information is to request a cancellation of the affected order.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We are committed to providing detailed information about our products. In compliance with industry standards:
· Carat total weight for purchases may vary up to 0.05 carats from the stated weight.
· A tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed from a measurement perspective.
· Slight tolerances may occur due to finishing during manufacturing.
· For jewellery set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight.
· Colour and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or a mean. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds are at or above the stated quality.
ATELIER 11 MONACO retains full unrestricted rights to all jewellery designs, whether custom or standard.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss options. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products.
CERTIFICATES
When you order a diamond of 0.5 carats and above, it will be accompanied by an official diamond grading report from a respected laboratory. This report must be included with any return. If the report is not returned or is damaged, a replacement fee of two hundred and fifty US Dollars (USD 250.00) will be charged.
YOUR ACCOUNT & ORDER
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. Users under the age of 18 shall not register or transact on the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. In case of a chargeback, we reserve the right to recover all associated costs and cancel any promotional benefits.
ORDER APPROVAL AND CANCELLATION
An order confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt, not an acceptance. Orders are accepted only after processing and approval. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Your sole remedy is a full refund of amounts collected.
PAYMENTS
You must pay the prices of products you order during checkout. Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, or other methods as indicated. If you fail to pay, we may withhold products or cancel the sale.
If you make an unjustified charge-back, you will be liable to pay us, within 7 days:
(a) the amount of the charge-back;
(b) all third-party expenses we incur;
(c) an administration fee of USD 30.00; and
(d) all reasonable costs incurred in recovering these amounts.
An unjustified charge-back includes failing to recognize a legitimate transaction on your statement.
POLICY ON ETHICAL SOURCING
ATELIER 11 MONACO is committed to ethical sourcing. We purchase diamonds and materials through suppliers who adhere to the highest industry standards, ensuring they are conflict-free and not associated with child labour.
PRIVACY POLICY
Please see our separate Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. We reserve the right to cooperate with legitimate governmental requests, subpoenas, or court orders to protect our systems, customers, and business.
REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
We reserve the right to terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights or these Terms.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or content. We do not monitor, control, or endorse such content and are not responsible for its accuracy. You access such links at your own risk.
ADS AND PROMOTIONS
We may display third-party advertisements. Any dealings with these third parties are solely between you and them. We are not responsible for any loss or liability arising from such dealings.

You are solely responsible for any content you post in Interactive Areas (reviews, forums, etc.). You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion. By posting, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content.
SOCIAL MEDIA USER CONTENT
If we request and you grant permission to use your social media content (photos, text, etc.), you grant ATELIER 11 MONACO and its designees (the "Licensed Parties") a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, modify, and display it for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that you own all rights to the content and that its use will not violate any third-party rights.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
